It is the magnificent, real you. Your authentic self has no competition. There is only one you. You are a gift to others, in your way of seeing things, living life and serving people. Your authenticity is a magnet that attracts others who see, hear and feel a consistency of words, actions, attitude and behavior. It is emblematic of your leadership, a credibility to which others give the most precious gift of their trust. As Jenny Garrett writes, “When you show up authentic, you create the space for others to do the same. Walk in your truth.”

Authentic.” The greatest gift you can give and leave the world is the beautiful gift of you.
