Believing That There Is Always an Answer

John Maxwell said, “The creative person always believes that there is an answer.” That is what causes them to persistently look for solutions. It is an internal hope that they will find a solution that will make a difference. However, if our mindset is that there is not an answer, we won’t work hard, push ourselves and be persistent in our search for an answer. Our desire to pursue the problem is nullified. We give up and move on to something else.

An “always an answer” mindset opens our world to infinite possibilities of varied responses. All of a sudden, the walls come down because we know we will find further challenges and uncover different assumptions which enable us to see through different eyes in finding a solution. There is always an anticipation that an answer will be found. Maxwell said, “Anticipation is the self-discipline of the creative person.” This anticipation becomes a formidable driver of positivity, enthusiasm and hope. They know and believe that they can make a difference… because there is an answer and they will find it. They will make a difference.

On your magnificent journey, may you remember the wise counsel of Nelson Mandela, “We can change the world and make it a better place. It is in our hands to make a difference.” May you embrace a jubilant, daring and enthusiastic anticipation of finding those answers that can change the world and the lives of those whom you touch and serve. Your best is yet to come!

Have a beautiful day and a magnificent week!!!
